Civil projects in NRW have one thing in common: narrow streets, many utilities and little room in the schedule. I know the region from projects in Hamm, Kerpen, Dorsten and Gevelsberg and know where things get stuck in practice.

As a freelance site manager I step in where capacity is lacking: for one section, a critical phase or the whole project. With my own vehicle and equipment, without onboarding effort for your team.

I learned the trade in the family stucco and plastering business. I started as a site manager in 2011 with Deutsche Bahn and have worked continuously on civil, fibre and HDD sites since 2024.
