Site management for FTTx and FTTH roll-out: route construction, house connections and management of all crews on site. So metres and connections stay on schedule.
In fibre roll-out, coordination sets the pace. Many crews, many residents, many interfaces: without clear management on site, excavators stand idle and house connections are left undone.
I organise the site so that every crew knows what it is doing the next day and the client can see the actual status at any time. Work is properly recorded so billing goes through without discussion.

Who do you work for in fibre roll-out?
For network operators, general contractors and civil contractors. My clients and partners include Westnetz, Jonasson Projekte GmbH and Deutsche Glasfaser.
Do you also take on individual sections?
Yes. From September 2027 I take on sections or complete projects. Until then, smaller planning projects are possible.
Where do you work?
Main focus North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony, other regions including the Netherlands by arrangement.
